Reviews and Ratings <br />
We had a mixed experience at this resort. While it had a great location right by the beach and some fantastic staff, the room we initially received was quite disappointing. Once we were upgraded, the overall stay improved, but I found the dining options quite limited. However, I can't ignore the genuine care and support from the staff during our motorcycle accident, which truly made a difference.
Our stay at this resort was incredibly disappointing. The staff were friendly and tried their best to accommodate us, but the condition of the rooms and the overall hotel was just unacceptable. While the location was decent, the dining options were limited, and the facilities need serious improvements. Overall, it felt more like a 1 or 2-star experience rather than the relaxing getaway we expected.
I had a lovely time at the hotel! The beach is just fantastic, and there are plenty of nearby restaurants to enjoy. Our room in the new section was a great value for the price, although it was a bit dark. On the downside, the sunbeds by the beach were an issue, and I wish there were more chairs available.
I had a mixed experience at the resort. The location by the beach was fantastic and the staff were very friendly, but the rooms left much to be desired in terms of cleanliness and comfort. There was a major issue with air conditioning and the dining experience could definitely use improvement, especially with the breakfast selections. Overall, it wasn’t ideal, but there were some redeeming qualities.
I had a mixed experience at Long Beach Resort, with some highlights alongside several drawbacks. The staff was genuinely friendly, and the beach location is lovely for long walks. However, the rooms were often dark and not as modern as I had hoped, and there were some issues with the Wi-Fi and sunbed availability around the pool. Overall, it was a decent stay but definitely has room for improvement.
